Windows Sidebar

Posted on 17:33 by Unknown
It's a cool thing which is present either on the right or on the left side of the desktop in case of Windows Vista.
Through this you can easily organize the information and links which you want to quickly access. That too without compromising workspace. It contains gadgets, which can be used to simutaneously display different information-line.
The internet feeds gadget tracks the latest news, sports and entertainment headlines.
The Launcher gadget keeps all your favorite program shortcuts in one location.
The World Clock gadget keeps track of what time it is anywhere in the world.
Recycle Bin gadget:-Recycle the files you no longer want.

In case of Mac OS -10.4 (or higher).,we have the same sort of widgets.
