Posted on 16:28 by Unknown
The Problem:-When you try to run the registration wizard for registering Windows, you get the following error:-
There is no dial tone. Make sure your phone line is properly connected to the modem.

Why does it happen?
It happens if there is a problem in Regwiz.exe

Resolution:-
Click Start,Run and type in regwiz /r and click Ok

Note:-If you have an OEM version then you have to contact the OEM supplier.
